NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

In accordance with clause 7 of the constitution dated 12 January 2003 notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Friends of Holy Trinity Church Headington Quarry will be held on Friday 11 May 2007 at 7.30 p.m. in Holy Trinity Church Headington Quarry.

The evening will start with an illustrated talk on George Gilbert Scott, the architect of Holy Trinity, given by Elisabeth Rivington. The talk is open to non-members as well as members of the Friends.

The business of the meeting will include the election of the Honorary Officers for the coming year, the election of other members to serve on the Executive Committee, the appointment of an independent examiner, the consideration of an annual report of the work done by the Executive Committee and consideration of the accounts.

Nominations for membership of the Executive Committee are invited and should be sent to the Secretary Ian Alexander, 14 Holley Crescent, Headington, Oxford OX3 8AW by 5 May 2007.
